WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Security deposit is one-months rent. 50% is due to prior to move-in. 50% is due 30 days after move-in.

HOW LONG IS THE LEASE?

Lease terms are 12 months. We can offer you a shorter lease – the monthly rent will be higher. Our leasing agents can discuss the details with you.

ARE YOUR UNITS PET FRIENDLY?

Yes. There are extra fees for having a pet on your lease, and we have breed restrictions. Our leasing agents can discuss the details with you.

WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF YOUR UNITS?

  • We have 1 bedrooms units that are 600-700 sq. ft.
  • We have 2 bedrooms units that are 900-1,350 sq. ft.
  • We have 3 bedrooms units that are 1,100-1,200 sq. ft.
  • Some units have basements – this adds 600 sq. ft.

HOW DO I APPLY?

You can view and download an application on this website. You can also get an application from one of our leasing agents. There is a $25 application fee.

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED?

At most of our units, utilities are included. A cap is paid on utilities and tenants pay any overages after the cap is met. Utilities include electric, water, and sewer. Trash is paid for by PSPM Inc. Cable and phone access is not included with the utilities.

DO SOME UNITS HAVE GARAGES?

Yes. The descriptions of the units on this webpage indicate which units have garages.

IS LAWN CARE INCLUDED?

Yes.

WHAT ARE APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS?

All persons choosing to apply must submit application with proof of income, rental history, job history and have current valid picture ID. We do accept cosigners – they have to complete an application also.

WHAT IF I FIND THE UNIT I WANT BUT I AM NOT READY TO RENT TODAY. CAN PSPM Inc. RENTALS HOLD A VACANT UNIT?

Yes. Our leasing agents can work with you to hold a unit.
